We greatly enjoyed the stay, my room was brand-new with where tbe towels and a bathrobe, as example.

The staff was professional and helpful and they offered a complimentary meal in the morning. Well-appointed room, we had double room, with a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment, and ironing facilities.

Disappointing aspect was tiny bathroom.

Cozy rooms that are well-maintained, come with extra towels, and even have a balcony for chill time. They provide shampoo too, so no need to worry about that! The breakfast at the lounge is delicious with a wide variety of choices to pick from. 🍳 No complaints here!

Peaceful and stunning location with provided shuttle to the airport. Set very close to downtown or the Destiny USA mall as well as the fitness center including the bar and restaurant in the very nice area.

We had a great time during our Christmas getaway at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome right from check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and shopping centers, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space for us to unwind after a long day of activities.

The breakfast buffet was not included in our package, and we would have loved to have that option available. Additionally, the carpets in the hallways were worn and could use some updating.

The room was very clean and the pool and spa area was awesome!

During my recent stay at a hotel in Syracuse, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. The bathrooms were spotless and showed no signs of disrepair, and the overall attention to detail was evident. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the breakfast options were delicious, especially the made-to-order omelets. The meeting rooms were also well-maintained and provided a lovely atmosphere. I had a positive experience at this hotel and would recommend it for future stays.

The morning buffet was well priced at 14.99. Food was very good and the omelet chef brought us a big bowl of cheese grits in honor of the Florida State football team which was staying at the hotel.Service overall was quite good.

I was surprised to see that this Doubletree is so rundown. Carpets are worn and dirty in the hallways. Rooms could stand updating.

The room was tidy and well-appointed; loved the exceptionally comfortable bed. Tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were provided in the room. The location was excellent, right by the newly renovated tavern. Conveniently located just off the airport with van service available. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. The service was great, and the food was good.

The breakfast was large and hearty with tons of options. The staff was efficient. The setting of the hotel was favorable and magnificent. It was close to many restaurants, events, downtown, Erie Blvd, and Destiny Mall.

As youngsters, we loved the morning buffet priced at 14.99 with delicious food and a generous bowl of cheese grits in honor of the Florida State football team. The staff was friendly and the amenities, including a fridge, microwave, and safe, made our stay fabulous. The Honors floor provided a clean and comfortable room.
